🥹 Feeling Is the Secret

As everyone leans into vision boards, goal setting, and yearly planning, I had an aha reminder this week that felt important to share.

There’s a simple truth we often forget:
We don’t want the thing - we want the feeling the thing gives us.

We want more money because we think it will make us feel free.
We want better health because we want to feel safe, confident, and at ease in our bodies.
We want a loving relationship because we want to feel seen, connected, and loved.

The goal is never the external outcome.
The goal is the state.

This idea is often summed up as “the feeling is the secret.” And what that really means is this: change doesn’t happen because we imagine something abstractly, it happens when we embody the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

Not just thinking about it.
Not visualizing from a distance.
But actually taking yourself there.

Ask yourself:

• How would I feel if this were already true?

• How would I move through my day?

• How would my body feel?

• What would feel lighter, calmer, more grounded?

If it’s wealth you desire - how would it feel to look at your bank account and feel ease instead of tension?
If it’s health - how would it feel to trust your body again?
If it’s love - how would it feel to feel fully seen?

Let yourself immerse your senses in that experience. That’s where things begin to shift.

And here’s the most important reminder of all: You already hold the power.

My role, what I love most about this work, is simply to remind you of what’s already within you. None of this is about fixing you or giving you something you’re missing. It’s about helping you remember, refine, and trust your ability to be a deliberate creator in your own life.

We’re here to create.
To mold.
To experiment.
To have a little fun along the way.
