✨ Faith: The Antidote to Gripping & Controlling ✨ Instead of WTF... Try STF

Have you ever noticed yourself gripping life so tightly that you're exhausted? Constantly trying to control every outcome, manage every detail, and work harder, only to wonder why your efforts aren't producing the results you know are possible?

Lately, I've realized that's exactly where I've been.

For the past five years, I've poured my heart into building Mind Body Evolution. I've written books, created programs, built a website, posted endless content, marketed my work, and done all the hard things required to grow a business. Looking back, I can see that while I was building something meaningful, I was also trying to control the outcome. I wanted to create a business that looked successful, made me proud, paid the bills, and proved all my hard work was worth it.

Then the Universe started getting my attention.

The message came through meditation, quiet nudges, and unexpected signs. One day I saw a large FAITH sticker on the back of a car. Moments later, I pulled up behind another car whose license plate read FTH. I smiled and thought, Okay, I hear you.

That's when I realized I was ready to leave behind my WTF era—"Why isn't this working?"—and step into my STF era: Surrender. Trust. Faith.

For me, surrender doesn't mean giving up on my dreams. It means releasing my need to control how and when they unfold. I've always ended my intentions with the words, "This or something even greater," and now I'm choosing to truly live those words by trusting that the Universe has a bigger plan than the one I've been trying so hard to force.

Ironically, I believe this quiet moment of surrender may be the most important work I've done. Growth isn't always found in doing more; sometimes it's found in becoming someone different. I can keep doing the same things and expecting different results, or I can loosen my grip, trust the process, and allow the unfolding to happen.

I believe we're called to dream boldly, move toward the things that scare us, and take inspired action without becoming attached to the outcome. That is the real invitation of faith.

So today, I want to ask you: Where are you gripping too tightly? What would happen if you loosened your hold and trusted that something greater is unfolding?

Maybe it's time for your own STF era.

I know it's time for mine.
